He can combine the beginners with those more advanced 🙂 When myself, a total starter, had to integrate with people speaking a bit more of English than myself – as those were the former employer’s requirements. Three months passed and I began to understand what was said to me, yet I could say something myself at the end of the shift what I thought of the employers – even a tad grammatically – 🙂
